We are proud to be from Umbria a region in central Italy where olive trees have shaped the landscape, culture, and traditions for thousands of years. Here, extra virgin olive oil is more than a product—it’s part of who we are. Olive oil runs in our veins, and the olive tree is a vital presence in our environment.
Our Italian extra virgin olive oils are born from this unique land. The combination of fertile soil, ideal climate, and native olive cultivars— Moraiolo, Frantoio, Leccino, and San Felice —creates oils with exceptional flavor, aroma, and character.
Our family farm is located in Gualdo Cattaneo, in the heart of the Colli Martani hills, at altitudes ranging from 300 to 500 meters above sea level. Here, we lovingly care for over 3,000 olive trees, rooted in the same soil that nourished Etruscan and Roman farmers centuries ago. Our Story
OURS IS A STORY OF FAMILY, OF ROOTS, AND OF DEEP LOVE FOR OUR LAND: UMBRIA.
A legacy passed down for over three generations, beginning when Mario and Aldino—father and son—laid the foundation with vision, passion, and a true entrepreneurial spirit.
1945
It all began with Mario, the founder of the company. Tragically, he passed away prematurely while his son Aldino was serving in the war. In his absence, it was Mario’s wife, Laura, who took charge of the business, keeping it alive until Aldino’s return.
1948
Upon returning home, despite the hardships of the post-war period, Aldino chose to purchase the village’s ancient oil mill—his birthplace. He married Alinda, who would become his lifelong partner and invaluable collaborator in the business.
1959
Their daughter Laura was born. From an early age, she helped her father in the mill. Though she would later dedicate herself to teaching, she remained deeply involved in the family project, becoming a true guardian of its traditions.
1986
Laura married Gianni, who embraced Aldino’s dream as his own: to bring high-quality extra virgin olive oil to as many people as possible. Two years later, the family grew—first Maria Chiara was born, then Gianluca. Today, both are actively involved in the business.
1998
As time went on, the seasons changed—and so did the technology. The old hydraulic press system was replaced by a more modern continuous cycle extraction with centrifugation, a clear sign of the family’s ongoing commitment to improving the quality of their olive oil.
